Payment and Deductions 
A good Mastercard or bank account is required for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events bought fromtitle . 
No repayments will be given for workshops, conventions, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed ahead and stay in position for the period of twelve months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a once a month basis and will instantly renew every month, unless terminated as per "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There'll be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or deductions for months unused with an open account. So as to treat everybody similarly, no exceptions will be made. 
Should you buy a workshop, convention, or event but decide not to take part, you will request either : i ) to reschedule to another event of equal or lesser value , or ii ) to switch somebody in your place, provided you do so within 7 days before the event. 
You are solely accountable for notifying the Company if you can't attend a workshop, convention, or event. 
All costs are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or commitments, excluding only United States ( Fed or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise specifically said all costs shown are in US dollars ( USD ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are wholly in charge of correctly canceling your membership. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your membership isn't considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any point by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the world navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen gives a straightforward no questions asked cancellation link. 
All your Content will be instantly removed from the Service on cancellation. This info cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will become effective immediately and you will not be charged again.
